Lexington Avenue Federal Credit Union Fee Schedule – Effective February 1, 2007

Standard Credit Union Services are generally provided at little or no cost to the member.  However, to offset the cost of certain specialized services, a fee is charged in the following instances:

Account Services

Early Account Closure-Within 3 months of opening prime share - $5.00

Printout of Account - $2.00

Return Mail - $5.00

Copy of Statement - $4.00

Money Order - $2.00

Check Protest - $25.00 plus postage

Teller Checks (1 Free per month) $2.00

Dormant Account (No activity for 2 (two) years) - $5.00

Tax Levy/Restraining Notice - $25.00

Document Fax to Members - $1.00 per page

Account Verification Letters - $5.00

Research Time - $10.00 per hour

Check Cashed with Share Account Only

Balance less than $100 - $1.00
